Senior Executive – HR (Onboarding Specialist)

Job Summary: Step into a high-impact role where your coordination skills and attention to detail will directly shape the onboarding journey for every new joiner. As a Senior Executive – HR (Onboarding Specialist), you will be the backbone of the post-selection process—owning pre-onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth Day 1 experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a streamlined and engaging welcome for our new hires. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the post-selection pipeline, ensuring every candidate is smoothly transitioned into the organization. • Manage all pre-onboarding tasks: documentation, system onboarding, welcome communication, and Day 1 readiness. • Coordinate with IT, Admin, and People Services to ensure assets, access, and tools are provisioned on time. • Serve as the single point of contact for new joiners, guiding and supporting them through the onboarding process. • Work closely with business teams to schedule post-selection connects, introductions, and other onboarding touchpoints. • Track pipeline progress and flag risks proactively, such as drop-offs, delays, or documentation gaps. • Drive a positive and engaging joiner experience from offer acceptance to onboarding completion. Key Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in onboarding, HR operations, or employee lifecycle management preferred. • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with HR tools or systems (HRMS, ATS, onboarding platforms) is an advantage. • Proactive, self-driven, and high on ownership. • Empathetic, people-focused mindset. • Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities.
