Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Human Resources based in Orchha. The Senior Executive Human Resources will oversee and manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational objectives and relevant labor regulations. This position plays a strategic role in supporting team development, strengthening the organization’s culture, and addressing HR-related issues effectively. Qualifications • Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations • Proficiency in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment • Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and compliance practices • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple responsibilities effectively • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is preferred • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
