Job Title Senior Executive Human Resources Responsibilities • Maintain HR operational documents e.g. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment etc. • Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting interviewing selection to offering preparation and administering the signing of contracts Compliance with all government division. • Bachelor’s degree in BBA/MBA preferred in HR. Years of experience 2-7 years preferably in IT Companies.
