About the job
As a Senior Executive – Inside Sales, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential companies, convince them to join our platform and generate enquiries for their purchase needs. With a focus on lead generation and increased brand visibility, you will be a crucial contributor to our success in these competitive markets. Responsibilities: • Reach out to target companies, introducing them to our e-marketplace, and persuading them to become valued users. • Conduct cold & warm calls to various companies to identify their specific purchase requirements. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead information, contact details, and communication history in CRM. Requirements Qualifications & skills: • High school diploma or equivalent • 4+ years of experience in domestic or international calling • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to meet and exceed goals. • Experience working on Zoho CRM to maintain the processes and streamline lead generation. • Prior experience with an e-marketplace or an e-commerce platform would be an advantage.
