About the job
The Senior Executive – L&D will support the design, delivery, and implementation of learning initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with business stakeholders. • Design, coordinate, and deliver learning interventions (classroom, virtual, and e-learning). • Manage end-to-end execution of training programs — scheduling, logistics, communication, and feedback. • Partner with SMEs to create learning content and frameworks aligned with business goals. • Track training completion, analyze feedback, and report training metrics. • Support onboarding, behavioral, and functional capability programs. • Leverage LMS or digital platforms to curate and manage learning journeys. • Drive initiatives to strengthen the learning culture across teams. • Support L&D projects such as competency mapping, e-learning development, and leadership programs.

Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in L&D
