The Senior Executive – Product Strategy focuses on analytics, market research, and performance tracking for B2C products. This role supports PMO activities, evaluates competition, and generates insights to optimize product performance and commercial strategies. ### Key Roles & Responsibilities: - **Analytics & Performance Metrics** - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track product performance and identify trends. - Develop dashboards and reports for leadership review. - **Market Research & Competitive Analysis** - Conduct primary and secondary research on market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor offerings. - Prepare benchmarking reports and suggest actionable improvements. - **Product Support (B2C Focus)** - Assist in conceptualizing new B2C products and enhancements based on insights. - Support pilot projects and post-launch evaluations. - **PMO & Cross-Collaboration** - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects. - Maintain project documentation and assist in stakeholder communication. ### Qualifications & Experience: - **Education:** - Essential: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Analytics, or related field - Preferred: Certification in Business Analytics or Data Visualization - **Experience:** - Essential: 1–3 years in analytics, market research, or product support roles - Preferred: Exposure to logistics or ecommerce industry ### Skills & Capabilities: - **Core Technical Skills:** - Advanced Excel and data analysis - Power BI/Tableau for dashboards - Market research tools - Basic understanding of PMO processes - Presentation and reporting tools - **Behavioural Competencies:** - Detail-oriented approach - Strong analytical thinking - Effective communication - Collaborative mindset - Ability to work under deadlines.
