Job Summary: HCP Wellness Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive - Purchase to manage procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will oversee vendor sourcing, cost optimization, and procurement strategies to ensure a seamless supply chain while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: ✔Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and other essentials. ✔Identify and negotiate with vendors & suppliers for best pricing and quality. ✔Manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier contracts efficiently. ✔Ensure procurement compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards. ✔Conduct supplier audits to assess quality, reliability, and sustainability. ✔Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality control teams to align procurement needs. ✔Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new sourcing opportunities. ✔Optimize costs while ensuring timely delivery of materials without compromising quality. ✔Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and risk assessments for management review. Technical Skills & Qualifications: ✔Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔Experience: Minimum 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the cosmetics, skincare, oral care, or pharmaceutical industries. ✔Strong knowledge of raw materials, active ingredients, and packaging components for the beauty and personal care sector. ✔Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, and procurement software. ✔Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills. ✔Strong understanding of import/export regulations and global sourcing practices. ✔Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications: ✔Experience in strategic procurement, cost control, and risk management. ✔Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable procurement practices. ✔Strong leadership skills with experience in team management.
