Brand Prabhu Shriram – Incense with a Story Position Senior Executive – Retail Sales & Operations Work Locations Noida Sector 62 (Head Office) + DLF Mall of India Store Experience Required 3–4 Years in Retail Sales & Operations (Luxury/Premium Retail Preferred) Role Overview Responsible for managing day-to-day store sales, operations, inventory control, reporting, staff coordination, and ensuring a smooth premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Ramalaya store. • Monitor sales conversion, footfall, AOV, and customer engagement. • Manage store operations including VM, SOP adherence, billing, hygiene, and customer service. • Coordinate stock levels, replenishment, shrinkage control, and ERP entries. • Supervise and train store staff to maintain productivity and brand standards. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports for management. • Ensure premium in-store customer experience aligned with Prabhu Shriram brand values. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong experience in retail operations and premium store management. • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. • Team management and staff training capabilities. • Understanding of luxury/premium customer behaviour. • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel reporting. • Strong execution ability and problem-solving skills.
