Brand: Prabhu Shriram – Incense with a Story Retail Chain: Ramalaya Location: Noida Sector 62 (Head Office) & DLF Mall of India, Noida Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience Required: 3–4 Years (Luxury / Premium Retail Preferred) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Retail Sales & Operations to manage day-to-day retail sales and store operations for our Ramalaya store at DLF Mall of India, while coordinating closely with the Head Office in Noida Sector 62. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail sales, store operations, inventory management, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the Ramalaya retail store • Manage end-to-end store operations including SOP adherence, billing, hygiene, and visual merchandising • Monitor sales performance metrics such as footfall, conversion ratio, and average order value • Ensure premium customer experience and brand representation at all times • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, shrinkage, and ERP entries • Coordinate with head office teams for reporting, stock planning, and promotions • Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to maintain productivity and service standards • Prepare regular sales and operational reports for management review • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Candidate Requirements • 3–4 years of experience in retail sales and operations • Prior experience in luxury, premium, FMCG, or lifestyle retail brands preferred • Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and sales reporting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work between head office and retail store locations • Customer-centric mindset with strong commercial awareness How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: hr@prabhushriram.com
