We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various functions across the organization, ensuring timely hiring of qualified and culturally aligned talent. The role requires close coordination with stakeholders and periodic visits to our plant locations based on hiring needs. ... Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles. • Partner with department heads and plant HR to understand manpower requirements and develop suitable hiring strategies. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, job postings, and employee referrals. • Conduct preliminary assessments and coordinate interviews with internal panels. • Handle recruitment portals, social media hiring, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen visibility. • Ensure timely documentation, offer rollouts, negotiation, and onboarding formalities. • Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and track hiring metrics. • Visit plant locations as and when required to support recruitment drives, interviews, and manpower planning discussions. • Ensure adherence to company policies and support continuous improvement of recruitment processes. • Drive positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Qualifications • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably in manufacturing / engineering industries). • Strong knowledge of recruitment across technical and non-technical roles. • Proficiency in using job portals, professional networks, and ATS tools. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. • Immediate Joiners Preferred for this role.
