About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resource team and play a pivotal role in scaling our teams across functions. This role involves partnering with business leaders and relevant stakeholders to understand hiring needs and owning end-to-end recruitment processes. You’ll work towards ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent that aligns with Nua’s culture and growth plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full-cycle Recruitment • Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions (marketing, operations, product, tech, customer experience, etc.). • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels - job portals, referrals, networking, etc. • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with prompt communication, feedback, and seamless coordination. 2. Stakeholder Management • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, and align expectations. • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. 3. Talent Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs. • Proactively source candidates and use innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent. What We’re Looking For: • 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced startups or consumer brands. • Proven experience handling full-cycle recruitment across functions. • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networking. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. • Experience with employer branding, talent pipelining and proactive sourcing strategies. • Exposure to recruitment for technology or consumer-facing roles is a plus. • Strong data-orientation. Ability to track recruitment metrics and recommend improvements.
