Responsibilities - • Develop and implement export strategies to drive international sales growth in the tablewear segment. • Identify potential overseas markets specially in the US & UK and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's global footprint. • Research market demand for new products and work towards introducing new products to the portfolio offerings • Achieve assigned sales targets and manage key export accounts effectively. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction. • Build and maintain robust relationships with international clients, distributors, and stakeholders. • Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export policies. • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, promoting a culture of performance and accountability. Good to Have - • Extensive experience in leading international sales & exports. • Strong understanding of the table-wear or allied industry and related market trends.
