Our approach provides single-point accountability, enabling buyers to confidently test, scale, and reorder across diverse, multi-craft catalogs. Epically focuses on transforming the handicraft and home decor industry, simplifying complex supply chains for global markets. We are a seed funded pre-revenue stage venture & are currently hiring our initial founding team members. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, Haryana. The role involves owning export growth by driving international lead generation, new buyer acquisition, key account management, and end-to-end deal closure—while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for sampling, quality, and delivery. Key responsibilities • Build and execute export sales strategy; achieve revenue and margin targets. • Generate and qualify leads; open new international accounts (retailers/importers/brands/e-commerce). • Manage buyer communication end-to-end: enquiry → sampling → pricing → PO → repeat orders. • Create proposals/quotes, negotiate terms (MOQ, lead time, incoterms, payment), close deals. • Coordinate with merchandising/ops/QC to ensure buyer requirements and quality standards. • Maintain CRM, pipeline forecasts, and weekly reporting. Qualifications • Sales and Business Development expertise, including export client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management in USA / UK / EU / MENA markets. • Knowledge of handicrafts, home decor products, and export market trends. • Proven experience in export sales and handling international clients. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. • Preference if existing buyer network in US/UK/EU/Middle East/Australia; trade fair exposure.
