Senior Finance Analyst

Overview: We are looking for ... an active and business-minded Senior Finance Analyst who is exceptional with numbers and can translate financial data into real business insights. The ideal candidate will work in our Finance Controllership team and think like a business analyst understanding how numbers of impact operations, strategy, profitability, and decision-making across various clients that Advith serves. Key Responsibilities: • Work across multiple clients originating from various industry verticals • Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics. • Prepare monthly MIS reports with detailed insights and recommendations. • Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments. • Deliver accurate and timely data for decision-making to client’s management. • Connect numbers to business reality identify risks, opportunities, and growth levers. • Support pricing, project costing, and margin improvement strategies. • Closely work with other Finance Controllership and CFO service team members to translate numbers into narrative and narrative to numbers. • Ensure accurate performance tracking with early alerts for deviations. • Recommend automation and workflow improvements across finance operations. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, Accounting or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business analysis, project finance, or related roles. • Strong analytical mindset; naturally excellent with numbers. • Business-oriented thinking sees beyond data and understands business impact. • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools is a plus. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Proactive, and self-driven approach. • Detail-focused with the ability to simplify complex financial data. • Ability to work across multiple clients originating from various industry verticals • Strong understanding of accounting with under-graduate in Commerce would be preferred
