Role Overview: You will be a Senior Finance Analyst at Wells Fargo focusing on balance sheet and net interest income forecasting, reporting, and analytics for the Corporate and Investment Banking business. This role will be based in Hyderabad, reporting to the CIB Finance Markets FPA Manager in India. Key Responsibilities: - Execute balance sheet and net interest income forecasts, reporting, and analytics for deposits, loans, and other products - Contribute to Stress Test and Resolution Planning process and related documentation - Support the development and implementation of trading related models - Produce complex reporting and analytics to provide management with insights - Ensure accurate recurring deliverables are completed timely - Collaborate with peers and managers to meet deadlines and achieve goals - Constantly look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance controls Qualifications Required: - CA / CFA / FRM / CMA / MBA Graduate with 7-12 years of financial or banking sectors experience - Progressive track record of management reporting experience - Strong financial analysis skills and experience in providing timely recommendations - Demonstrable change management skills - Strong data management, analysis, and reconciliation skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and maintain high energy levels - Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills - Exposure to key accounting tools like Oracle Financials, Essbase, etc. - High integrity, innovative problem solver, and relationship building skills - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment - Advanced Microsoft Office skills and exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python would be an added advantage Company Details: Wells Fargo values diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
