Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Faridabad for a Senior Finance Analyst – Oil & Gas at Meenaar Global Consultants LLP. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and supporting decision-making processes. Key tasks include managing financial reports, forecasting trends, maintaining budgets, and ensuring accurate compliance with financial regulations. Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 4–8 Years Industry: Oil & Gas Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter (CA preferred) Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST, taxation, and statutory compliance, preferably from the Oil & Gas / EPC project environment. The role involves end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance support for project-based operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end accounting in Tally ERP / Tally Prime • Handle GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, GST payments) • Manage TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances • Prepare monthly MIS, cost analysis, and project-wise financial reports • Support audits, statutory filings, and regulatory documentation • Vendor reconciliations, billing, and payment processing • Coordinate with project, procurement, and commercial teams Key Skills • Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, Direct & Indirect Taxation • Experience in project accounting / EPC / Oil & Gas contracts • Advanced MS Excel skills (MIS, reconciliations, reporting) • Ability to work with tight timelines and compliance-driven environments. • Preferred • Experience in Oil & Gas • Exposure to contract billing, BG, LC, and project costing
