Senior Finance Associate

About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Associate at Intent in Indore. As a Senior Finance Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as team management, payroll processing, payment processing, financial query resolution and utilising analytical skills to support financial decision-making. Strong communication skills are also essential for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements • Qualified Chartered Accountant, ACCA or CMA preferred • Must be based in Indore as this is an on-site job. • 5 to 7 years of experience in UK accounting and finance • Strong working knowledge of Xero and payroll software (mandatory) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting • Proven experience in financial analysis and preparation of management reports • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team • Immediate joiners will be given preference, as this is an urgent requirement
