The individual will also play a pivotal role in developing strategies for cost-effectiveness, working closely with other senior management to drive the company's financial success. Qualifications • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance • Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills • Understanding of industry-specific financial trends, especially in the manufacturing sector • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CA are advantageous • Proven experience in a senior finance or management role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry
