Job Title: Senior Finance Manager - CFO Practice Company: Location: Jogeshwari East , Mumbai Salary: Up to ₹10,00,000 per annum (based on qualification & experience) Experience: Minimum 5 years Qualification: ICWA/CA - Inter or MBA (Finance) 1. Position Overview As Finance Controller, you will lead and oversee all financial operations of Amplrs and associated group companies and subsidiaries ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. You will partner closely with senior management to drive financial performance, maintain robust internal controls, and fulfill all statutory obligations. 2. Key Responsibilities • Financial Management: • Prepare, review, and present timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements. • Develop budgets, forecasts and cash‐flow models; monitor actual vs. budget. • Implement cost‐control measures and analyse variances. • Statutory & Tax Compliance: • Ensure end‐to‐end compliance with all direct & indirect tax regulations. • Coordinate quarterly & annual tax filings and liaise with tax authorities. • Manage TDS, TCS, GST, and Income‐tax audits. • Regulatory Compliance: • Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation accurately and on time. • Monitor and interpret regulatory changes affecting financial practices and ensure timely implementation. • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks. • Audit & Controls: • Coordinate statutory, internal, and bank audits; implement audit recommendations. • Strengthen internal control systems, policies, and procedures. • Conduct regular risk assessments in finance & operations. • Stakeholder Management: • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, charterers, ports and statutory bodies. • Partner with external consultants, auditors, and legal advisors. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board/Directors. • Team Leadership: • Mentor and guide the finance & accounts team. • Drive process improvements, automation and ERP‐based integrations. 3. Mandatory Knowledge & Skills • Educational & Professional: • Qualified CA/ICWA (Inter) or MBA in Finance. • Excellent command over accounting standards (IND AS/ICAI). • Technical & Functional: • Advanced MS Excel, ERP (Tally etc.) proficiency. • Strong analytical, problem‐solving and communication skills. • Industry‐Specific Compliance: • Deep understanding diversified industry compliance frameworks. 5. Desired Profile • 5-10 years diversified industry experience as a Senior Finance Manager - CFO Practice. • Proven track record of managing finance functions in mid‐to‐large organizations. • Hands‐on experience with tax assessments, audits and regulatory inspections. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‐paced operations environment. • High integrity, attention to detail and strong inter‐personal skills.
