Hi Pfizer is hiring for Senior Finance Manager ( Plant Finance Controller ) Location : Vizag ( Manufacturing site ) Preferred : Female Skill and Designation : Senior Finance Manager We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead MIS reporting and Special Economic Zone (SEZ) activities at our site. This role involves managing financial operations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with SEZ processes. You will drive efficiency through continuous improvement and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Oversee monthly close processes: journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis ✔ Drive MIS reporting and SEZ compliance (endorsements, filings, customs liaison) ✔ Manage audits, SOX documentation, and corporate financial submissions ✔ Prepare budgets, P&L analysis, and financial reporting packages ✔ Lead a team of professionals and foster financial discipline across the site What We’re Looking For: ✅ Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) ✅ 8–14 years of experience in finance and/or SEZ processes (manufacturing preferred) ✅ Strong technical accounting knowledge (FASB, US GAAP, GAAP) ✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience: 8-14 years (max 14 years) of experience working across roles in finance and/or SEZ processes preferably in manufacturing setup.
