At SBS Global, we are searching for an experienced Senior Finance Operations Leader with over 15 years of experience to drive our financial strategy and lead our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Lead finance operations across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), reconciliations, and both Indian and international finance. • Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to enhance operational efficiency, Compliance, month end closing activities, Taxation and global finance operations. • Ensure compliance with accurate financial reporting. • Oversee Record to Report (R2R) operations. • Drive client acquisition and maintain robust client relationships. • Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve excellence.
