Role Overview: • Lead and support ERP implementations and finance transformation programs • Align finance processes with technology across ERP/EPM initiatives • Drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, R2R, consolidation, and reporting • Manage engagement deliverables, quality, timelines, and stakeholders • Support proposals, business development, and thought leadership • Mentor teams and contribute to people's development Mandatory Skill: • ERP Implementation (Finance-focused) Nice to Have: • SAP S/4HANA | Workday Financials | Oracle AFCS/AHCS | Microsoft F&O • Big 4 / Consulting background • Large-scale finance transformation experience
