Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Financial Accountant based in Trivandrum. The primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves leveraging accounting software for accurate record-keeping, identifying financial trends, and supporting decision-making processes with sound financial insights. Additionally, the Senior Financial Accountant will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment and transparency in financial operations. Qualifications • Solid expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and delivering comprehensive Financial Reporting • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights • Proficiency in Accounting Software and tools to streamline financial processes • In-depth knowledge of Finance and accounting principles • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CA are a plus) • Experience in managing financial operations, preferably in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, or surface preparation • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
