Senior Financial Analyst Role We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in financial reporting and analysis. This individual will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports using advanced tools such as HTML and OfficeConnect. Key Responsibilities: • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting tools; • Designing and managing Adaptive Dashboards to provide actionable insights; • Preparing and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports to stakeholders; • Creating dynamic visualizations and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making; • Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes through collaborative efforts; • Partnering with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support; • Analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions to ensure financial integrity; • Applying strong accounting knowledge to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to GAAP standards; • Collaborating with accounting teams to reconcile data and validate reporting integrity. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; an MBA or CPA is highly valued; • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles; • Advanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creation; • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis; • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
