Responsibilities: • Provide complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives. • Consult with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope. • Lead and advise on complex business initiatives, typically overseeing several analysts across multiple areas within finance and geographies. • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives globally. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development, engaging in the design. • Mentor and guide analysts to ensure operational and strategic plans are realized. • Provide information and counsel in areas such as controls, budgeting, planning, return on investment decisions, and overall business plans and strategies. • Represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes. • Contribute innovative ideas, lead large cross-functional teams, and solve unique and complex problems impacting the business. • Act as a functional manager within your area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction.
