About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support one of our U.S.-based partners. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis — helping leadership understand performance drivers and make data-informed, forward-looking decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at building complex financial models, and communicates insights with clarity and confidence. What You’ll Do • Build assumptions-driven financial models for forecasting, headcount planning, runway management, and fundraising • Prepare and present monthly financial reports — including P&L, cash flow, KPIs, and budget vs. actuals • Develop dashboards and visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers • Conduct ad hoc analysis on pricing, margins, and performance scenarios • Maintain and refine forward-looking models with investor-readiness in mind • Partner with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders to inform strategy and resource allocation What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance • Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise • Proven ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders • Excellent English communication (written and verbal) • Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset Bonus Points • Experience in SaaS, CPG, or tech-driven organizations • Familiarity with U.S. GAAP and investor reporting • Background in client-facing or fractional/consulting finance roles • Skilled in BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) • Experience in high-growth or startup environments The Selection Process • Intro Interview (20 min) – Discuss your background and FP&A experience with a MAVI Talent Partner • Technical + Behavioral Interview (30 min) – Dive into your analytical approach, modeling skills, and presentation style • Join the MAVI Network – Successful candidates become eligible for this and future U.S.-based partner roles Additional Information • Full-time, contractual engagement through MAVI • Only candidates based in India will be considered
