The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in data-driven decision-making to join our team. This role is ideal for a business major with 8–10 years of experience who is fluent in online analysis tools including Excel (advanced), Power BI, Power Query, and other data visualization and modeling platforms. Responsibilities • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities. • Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, MS Dynamics and related tools, and Excel, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions. • Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor key business activities and improve operational efficiency. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across finance, marketing, operations, and IT to understand data needs and translate business questions into analytical solutions. • Process Automation: Streamline and automate manual reporting processes using tools like Power Query, VBA, and macros in Excel. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and/or Business Systems. • 8–10 years of experience • Fluent w/supporting experience in online analysis tools including Excel (advanced), Power BI, Power Query, and other data visualization and modeling platforms. • Demonstrated ability to consider & engage AI tools in the data management and business analytics space. • Proven ability to work develop/train less experienced staff in said areas. • Excellent organizational skills.
