This position is instrumental in driving strategic financial decision-making across the organization. The role involves in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. You will be responsible for developing complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, evaluating investment opportunities, and assessing market trends. This remote role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and time zones, and deliver high-quality insights. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting profitability analysis, and recommending cost-saving measures. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional quantitative skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel. Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) tools is highly desirable.
