Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai Department: Finance & Accounts / Compliance Candidate must have experience of all these Skills: 1. Budget forecasting 2. Preparing Cash Flows statements 3. Manage project P n L 4. Revenue forecasting 5. IRR and Net Present Value calculations Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with nearly 5 years+ of experience in financial accounting, compliance, MIS, budgeting, and internal controls. The role involves managing end-to-end finance operations, statutory compliance, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial insights. Key Responsibilities: • Handle full-cycle accounting, month-end/year-end closing, and financial statements. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS dashboards, and profitability analysis. • Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESIC, PF) and internal control processes. • Establish and strengthen internal controls, policies, and SOPs. • Oversee cash flow management, receivables, payables, and working capital. • Lead audits (internal & external) and drive process improvements. • Manage legal documentation, contract review, and basic litigation follow-up. • Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members. Supervise and guide the finance team. Skills Required: • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Tally), financial reporting. • Expertise in compliance, taxation, and internal controls. • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Proven leadership experience in senior finance roles. • Proven efficiency and expertise in labor law, legal compliance, and any other regulatory compliance as per Indian Standards.
