JOB OVERVIEW Function Overview The Finance organization partners across General Mills to provide financial expertise to guide and govern the company. We bring a distinctive skill set to help the company sustainably drive strong returns on investment... KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Own and govern key plan and forecasting applications, such as SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) • Project lead for capability enhancements, leading through the agile framework and ways of working • Design, deploy, sustain, and mature global Planning solutions and standards consistent with the strategic vision and maturity roadmap • Partner with Global Segment Leads to identify business requirements and coordinate interdependencies for process, data, and technology design across the FP&A capability team • Partner with finance users to determine business requirements, communicate and collaborate with Data & Technology Developers on a solution, develop launch plan, implement change management, and support user adoption of tool enhancements • Drive efficiencies in annual and monthly planning & reporting processes...
