Senior Financial Analyst/Assistant Manager

About the job

Chartered accountant with 3-4 Years post qualification. • Preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS/ Schedule III and coordinate with auditors. • Preparation and review of quarterly results as per SEBI LODR requirements. • Handling Intercompany reconciliation at Group level, preparation and review of Group RPT. • Monthly closing of books of accounts, reporting of numbers to management. • Spearheading finance, risk & internal controls through internal & external audits, corporate governance & building ERP controls. • Preparing and implementing SOP. • Monitoring financial health of the company through stringent planning of cash & monthly review of Profit and Loss, Balance sheet. • Generating MIS & Dashboard to provide feedback to the management on ageing, budget, cash flow and so on. • Reviewing existing processes and leading the implementation of systems aimed at enhancing process and operational efficiency of the organization in cost-effective manner. • Conduct reviews & provide analytical input on Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), Financials, Accounts Receivable (AR), Board Presentations, Compliances, and Submissions. • Monitor multiple audits, including Internal Financial Controls (IFC) controls. • Ensure the Record to Report (R2R) process and facilitate the smooth completion of audits. • Handle Management Information System (MIS), monthly book closure, reconciliation, as well as audit and compliance activities. Experience in Oracle ERP will be an added advantage.
