Hiring: Senior Financial Product Specialist (Gurugram Location) Company: Samar Capital Private Limited Location: Gurugram Department: Investment Products & Advisory Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Financial Product Specialist to build and scale our advisory and investment product engine. This role will be responsible for MF/PMS due diligence, asset allocation frameworks, product governance, and advisory support for affluent clients. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, deep investment product knowledge, and prior experience in wealth management. Key Responsibilities 1. MF & PMS Due Diligence • Conduct in-depth research on AMCs, mutual funds, PMS strategies, and Alternate products including InvITs, REITs, MLDs, and Credit funds • Maintain and continuously enhance approved product lists • Prepare detailed product notes, comparison sheets, and investment recommendations 2. Asset Allocation & Advisory Framework • Build and maintain model portfolios across risk profiles • Drive tactical and strategic asset allocation • Work closely with the AI engine to integrate data-driven insights into advisory models 3. Product Governance • Prepare and manage product documentation • Conduct periodic reviews of approved products • Ensure regulatory alignment and compliance with industry standards 4. RM Support & Advisory Assistance • Prepare investment proposals and client-ready presentations • Conduct portfolio reviews and provide analytics support to Relationship Managers • Assist in product trainings for RMs and internal teams Ideal Candidate Profile • Deep expertise in MF/PMS research or Alternate Investments (one role focused on each track) • Experience in affluent / retail wealth management • Strong analytical and data-driven approach • Excellent written communication, especially in preparing product notes and investment writeups • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment How to Apply Please send your profile/CV to: recruitment@samarcapital.in
