Overview of Job Senior Front-End Developer leads the creation and optimization of complex web interfaces. They oversee design implementation, manage code quality, and mentor junior developers. This role involves advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as ensuring high performance and user experience across various platforms. Duties & Responsibilities • Develop high-quality, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Build and maintain complex web applications with modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability of the codebase. • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning. • Implement automated testing to ensure high quality and reliability. • Create and maintain technical documentation for front-end features and processes. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in front-end development. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 3- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of web applications. • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). • Extensive experience with front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services. • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles. • Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
