Senior Front-End Developer leads the creation and optimization of complex web interfaces. They oversee design implementation, manage code quality, and mentor junior developers. This role involves advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as ensuring high performance and user experience across various platforms. Duties & Responsibilities • Develop high-quality, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Build and maintain complex web applications with modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability of the codebase. • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning. • Implement automated testing to ensure high quality and reliability. • Create and maintain technical documentation for front-end features and processes. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in front-end development.
