Senior Software Engineer, Front End Let's be #BrilliantTogether ISS STOXX is actively hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer for Mumbai (Goregaon East) location. Overview Join our dynamic Data Products team as a Senior Front-End Engineer, where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining ISS DataDesk—a cutting-edge screening and analytics platform for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software using modern technologies and development practices. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software for both client-facing products and internal tools. • Collaborate with engineering peers, product managers, UX designers, QA analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. • Build responsive and intuitive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and ReactJS. • Write robust unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Qualifications: • BE/B-Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience developing complex web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Strong proficiency in and its ecosystem (Redux, Zustand), along with experience in TypeScript. • Familiarity with data visualization libraries like and immutable data structures. • Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM). • Solid understanding of ES6+, design patterns, and front-end security best practices. • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Puppeteer, Jest, React Testing Library), CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs. • Working knowledge of and Git-based version control. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Passion for crafting clean, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces.
