Design and Develop Responsive Web Applications: Utilize modern web frameworks and tools to create seamless user experiences. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Own End-to-End Delivery: Take responsibility from technical design to deployment and monitoring. Optimize for Speed and Scalability: Ensure web applications perform well under heavy loads. Write Clean and Maintainable Code: Use JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and other modern technologies to develop maintainable codebases. Mentor Junior Engineers: Share knowledge and experience with junior engineers to help them grow professionally. Requirements: • 4-6 Years of Frontend Development Experience: Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web ecosystems. • Experience with State Management Tools: Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or Recoil is required. • Understanding of Web Performance and SEO: Solid grasp of browser rendering, web performance, and SEO best practices. • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Good understanding of data structures and algorithms is necessary. • Familiarity with Frontend Build Tools: Experience with Webpack, Vite, and other frontend build tools is desirable. • Unit and Integration Testing Experience: Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, and other testing frameworks is required.
