The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience, a passion for building innovative products, and a deep curiosity about the mechanics behind successful user experiences. They should be an independent self-starter who excels in problem-solving beyond conventional user feedback. Technologies : ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, Git, Webpack, NodeJS, Redux, TypeScript Responsibilities • Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver a seamless user experience. • Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. • Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the frontend team. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge. Strategic Vision • Contribute to the frontend technological vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly with ReactJS. • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. • Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality web applications. • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frontend technologies. • Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, Webpack, NodeJS, Redux, and TypeScript. • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. • Excellent understanding of user experience, design principles, and best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Passion for building innovative products and making a positive impact on the user experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
