Description This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Role Overview Position: Senior Frontend Developer Primary Skill: Vue 3 Experience Required: 3+ years Type: Full-time Requirements Primary Responsibilities • Oversee the entire feature development process from design through to implementation, review, and deployment. • Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions. • Uphold and implement rigorous coding standards. • Evaluate pull requests and promote best practices. • Enhance performance and scalability. • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Backend, QA, and Product. • Guide and mentor junior team members. Required Technical Skills (Focus on Frontend – Vue 3) • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Deep knowledge of Vue 3 (required): Composition API, Reactive system, Lifecycle hooks, Component architecture & reusability, State management (Pinia / Vuex), Vue Router (dynamic routing & guards), API integration (Axios / Fetch), Form handling & validation, Performance optimization strategies. • Understanding of SPA architecture, rendering lifecycle, browser performance issues, and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience with Vite / Webpack, environment setup, and build optimization. • Unit testing experience with Vitest / Jest (preferred). Full Stack Knowledge Expectations • Capability to consume and integrate REST APIs. • Familiarity with backend processes. • Basic understanding of databases and deployment practices. Preferred Skills • Experience with React or Angular (Vue 3 expertise is essential). • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities. • Strong communication skills and team collaboration.
