Role Description We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong experience in React and React Native to build modern, high-performance web and mobile applications. This role requires deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and scalable UI systems. What you will do • Build and maintain web applications using React and mobile apps using React Native • Design scalable frontend architectures and reusable component systems • Implement modern UI/UX with strong focus on performance and responsiveness • Integrate frontend with backend APIs and real-time data flows • Optimize applications for speed, memory, and reliability • Review code, mentor engineers, and set frontend best practices • Work closely with product, design, and backend teams What we expect • 6+ years of experience in frontend development • Strong hands-on experience with React and React Native • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript • Experience with modern frontend tools and practices: • Hooks, Context, modern state management • Component-driven development • Modular and scalable code structure • Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization Modern frontend stack (must have) • TypeScript-first development • Modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar) • API integration and async data handling • Responsive and mobile-first design • Clean architecture and reusable components Nice to have • Experience with advanced animations or gesture handling • Knowledge of native modules or bridging (iOS / Android) • Experience with CI/CD for frontend or mobile apps • Exposure to security best practices for frontend/mobile Mindset • Ownership-driven and quality-focused • Strong problem-solving ability • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments • Passion for building clean, maintainable UI systems Why join us • Build modern web and mobile applications used at scale • High ownership and influence on frontend architecture • Highly competitive compensation — salary is not a constraint for the right candidate • Engineering culture focused on performance, quality, and long-term scalability
