What Ibexlabs Does Ibexlabs is one of the leading software development and service companies We build cloud native B2B SaaS software helping customers in their cloud transformation journey We are rapidly growing and looking to hire smart people who can continue fueling our growth and be part of our success journey Job Purpose We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with 4 years of software development experience in a distributed cloud environment who is passionate about building intuitive web UIs learning new technologies and growing her himself in his her career In addition to that you would have an opportunity to learn and get your hands dirty in back-end programming if and only if you would like to become a full stack developer engineer in future Responsibilities and Requirements - Develop reusable frontend web components using Javascript frameworks such as React Angular or similar frameworks - We are language and framework agnostic and trust our engineers to make sensible decisions to select their language and tool carefully However we have an inclination to React Redux and Typescript as we would always want to be developing our applications using the latest and stable technology in the industry - The team is fully empowered to experiment with current technologies - Integrate frontend to the cross-domain backend APIs using access standards oAuth JWT etc and follow best practices to have modular scalable and secure code - We love people who want to be full-stack and contribute to the back-end DevOps side so if you are someone who wishes to do so then this would be your bonus point here - We are a big believer in unit tests so you should have some level of familiarity with TDD BDD and following it and also encouraging other team members to do so - Have good knowledge and experience in bundling packaging minification obfuscation of the code for CICD and docker containers - Have good problem-solving skills and understand data structure and time space complexity of the algorithm - Have some knowledge of Cloud AWS systems and CICD pipeline We have a fully automated pipeline to deploy docker images to AWS And we wish to have a similar system for the frontend as well - Must be a great team player and fun to work with Why should you be interested in this opportunity - Your freedom and opportunity to grow rapidly in the career - You will be fully empowered by tools and knowledge to grow in your career as well as helping your team members grow - A culture of respect humility growth mindset and fun in the team - Learn from other engineers in the development team - No boring or legacy tech debt system - only challenging work - you will be building something that would be running on a distributed environment with a fault-tolerant system in the cloud - No micromanagement and flexible working hours - you get the goal - you decide when to deliver we care about QUALITY RESULT on your committed timeline - Get rewarded and recognized for your work and effort - Training and career development benefits - Life Insurance paid parental leave and vacation days
