Senior Frontend Engineering Lead Job Responsibilities: - Own and evolve our frontend architecture and component strategy. - Manage a team of frontend engineers and managers to deliver high-velocity React / Next.js applications. - Produce architecture documents, design specs, and implementation plans for executive review. - Align architecture and delivery roadmaps with Data, ML, and API teams. - Establish frontend engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and release automation. Must Have Qualifications: - 6+ years of experience in software engineering (2+ in leadership managing a team). - Deep expertise in modern front-end development frameworks such as React or Next.js. - Demonstrated success in building and operating large-scale front-end platforms. - A strong foundation in automation tools like CI/CD and frontend observability. - Proven ability to write architecture documents and run design reviews.
