Senior Frontend Expert

We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior ReactJS Developer to join our growing team. If you have 3–5 years of experience building high-performance, scalable web applications and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, this role is for you! You’ll take ownership of the front-end architecture, mentor junior developers, and play a key role in delivering pixel-perfect UI/UX and robust performance. Key Responsibilities: • Frontend Development: Build and maintain modern, high-performance applications using ReactJS and TypeScript. • Component Design: Develop reusable, scalable UI components with best practices. • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to bring ideas to life. • Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and share knowledge with team members. • Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement performance enhancements across the UI. • Mentorship: Guide junior developers and promote frontend standards and best practices. • Agile Workflow: Actively participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. Must-Have Skills: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript (ES6+) • Proficiency with TypeScript and state management tools like Redux or Context API • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design • Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, styled-components, etc.) • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and async data handling (Axios, Fetch) • Git version control and workflow experience • Exposure to testing tools like Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha • Eye for detail and UI/UX precision. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with GraphQL • Familiarity with Next.js and SSR concepts • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
