Job Description As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing end-to-end features across our platform. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and highly performant web applications that serve the needs of our B2B Platform.Key Responsibilities• He should develop the web applications, including frontend, backend, and database layers.• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness, while collaborating with the back-end team to build robust APIs with Node.js, manage database integrations, and ensure seamless data flow across the application.• Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment, with a commitment to delivering quality software on schedule.• Promote best practices in software development, including code versioning, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement of workflows and coding standards.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to gather requirements, clarify technical details, and translate them into well-defined solutions.• Provide mentorship to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and problem-solving abilities, while fostering a collaborative and supportive development environment.• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing skills and contributing to architectural decisions.
