At Madon, we don’t just develop websites and apps — we create solutions. Our international team works closely with founders and product teams to build scalable, well-designed, and reliable software. No challenge is too big, and no detail is too small. We have a growing development team based in Chennai (OMR), collaborating daily with our Scandinavian clients. The Role We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who enjoys building complete solutions end to end and is comfortable working in an AI-assisted development workflow. You will work across frontend and backend, take ownership of features and systems, and contribute to technical decisions, code quality, and long-term maintainability. What We Are Looking For You are someone who: • Has 5+ years of professional full stack development experience • Is comfortable working across frontend and backend systems • Has strong written and spoken English communication skills • Takes ownership and responsibility for delivered solutions • Thinks beyond implementation and understands system-level impact • Values code quality, review, testing, and long-term maintainability • Is comfortable reviewing and improving AI-assisted code output Required Technical Skills • React JS / TypeScript / modern JavaScript • PHP (Laravel) / Node.js • PostgreSQL and/or MySQL • REST APIs (JSON) • Git / version control • Experience working with production systems and deployments • Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot or Claude Code • Bonus if experience with PHP Laravel or Node.js, but not required • Bonus if experience with automation or AI workflows, including writing prompts, troubleshooting and basic training of models What We Offer • Competitive salary • Friendly, international work environment • Direct collaboration with Scandinavian founders and product teams • High ownership and autonomy • Exposure to modern tech and AI-assisted workflows • Long-term growth opportunities at Madon
