SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER Role: Senior Full Stack Developer Founding Engineering Team Location: Mhow(Indore) | Remote for strong candidates About the Role You will build production-grade software powering: • Hotel & Resort Management Systems • Defence Dashboards • AI-based Apps • Business Automation Tools We follow an AI-assisted engineering culture. Tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude are encouraged to accelerate development — but strong fundamentals are essential. Ideal Candidate Profile This role is best suited for engineers who: • Have shipped at least 2 production applications • Can independently build authentication + RBAC systems • Understand relational database design deeply • Have deployed real apps to production environments • Write clean, typed, secure code If you are early in your learning journey, we encourage you to continue building and apply in the future. Core Stack • (App Router) + TypeScript • / API routes • PostgreSQL + Prisma • Auth / Supabase) • Vercel / Railway deployment • CI/CD (GitHub Actions) • AI coding tools (Cursor / Copilot / Claude) Evaluation Process • Resume + GitHub review • Technical discussion (architecture + debugging) • Practical task: • Login → Create Org → Invite Member → Role-based Access → Deploy live • Final discussion We aim to complete the process within 7–10 days.
