Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Platform & Product Development Experience: 8–10 Years Role Type: Individual Contributor Industry: Technology / AI-driven Product Development Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale an AI-powered platform with a strong product engineering mindset. This role requires hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI integration. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and UX teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions that drive innovation and performance. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications for an AI-driven platform • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions • Build high-performance, reusable frontend components and robust backend services • Integrate AI/ML models, APIs, and data pipelines into production systems • Architect and optimize microservices, APIs, and databases for scalability and reliability • Ensure code quality, security, performance, and comprehensive test coverage • Take ownership of features from concept to production deployment • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and best practices (without direct people management) Qualifications: • Strong experience in JavaScript / TypeScript • Frontend expertise in React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js • Backend expertise in Node.js, Python (FastAPI/Django), Java, or Go • API development using REST or GraphQL • Experience integrating AI/ML models, LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), or ML services • Understanding of model inference, embeddings, and vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate • Familiarity with data pipelines and MLOps concepts is a plus • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) • Experience with scalable data modeling and performance tuning • Proven experience in product-based companies or platform teams • Ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability • Strong ownership mentality and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Why Join Us: • Be part of a cutting-edge AI product development team • Opportunity to work on high-impact, scalable platforms • Collaborative environment with product, data science, and UX experts • Hybrid work model offering flexibility and innovation-driven culture • Chance to shape the future of AI-powered solutions Application Instructions: If you possess the qualifications and are driven to excel in your field, we warmly invite you to apply by sharing your updated resume at resumes@empglobal.ae or by applying directly through this platform.
