Role Description We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN | FinTech APIs | UPI & Payments) for a full-time on-site role located in Puducherry. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications (Payments Domain) using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative FinTech solutions, integrate APIs, and facilitate seamless payment processing through UPI and other payment systems. You will also collaborate to ensure optimal performance, maintain the highest coding practices, and solve complex technical challenges. Qualifications • Proficiency in MERN stack development, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js • Experience with API design, integration, and management, particularly for FinTech & Payment applications • Knowledge of UPI systems, payment processing, and related infrastructure • Strong foundation in front-end and back-end development, including coding, debugging, and performance optimization • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively • Problem-solving skills and aptitude for addressing complex technical challenges • Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment tools is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
