About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who can lead end-to-end development across both front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, an eye for detail, and the ability to design scalable, high-performing applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build new features, improve existing systems, and guide junior developers. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. • Lead architecture planning, code reviews, and best-practice implementation. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability. • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. • Manage database design, optimization, and maintenance. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving team processes. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions. • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5 to 10 years of professional experience in full stack development. • Strong expertise in : • Front-end : React.js / Angular / javaScript / TypeScript • Back-end : Node.js / Express.js / Nestjs / Postgres • Experience building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture. • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI / CD pipelines. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
