This role involves building scalable, high-performance web applications, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-driven, and capable of owning features end-to-end—from frontend experience to backend services. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React.js and Golang • Architect scalable frontend and backend solutions aligned with business requirements • Build secure, high-performance APIs and microservices in Golang • Lead technical design discussions and code reviews • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Collaborate closely with product, UI/UX, DevOps, and QA teams • Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices • Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term solutions Required Skills & Experience • 3–5+ years of overall software development experience • Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS • Solid backend development experience using Golang • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system design • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB) • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and security best practices • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Good to Have • Experience with microservices architecture • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with performance tuning and scalability • Prior experience in product-based or startup environments
