Role Description We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead development across our platform. This isn't a "write code in both frontend and backend" role—it's a leadership position where you'll own major product initiatives end-to-end, make architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and be accountable for shipping complete features from database to UI. What You'll Do: Lead Development: • Own major features and product areas end-to-end (backend + frontend + deployment) • Make architecture decisions that balance speed, scale, and maintainability. Build Across the Stack: • Design and build APIs, services, and data models on the backend. • Build responsive, performant UIs on the frontend. Mentor and Multiply: • Review code and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers and interns. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: • Work directly with founders on product direction and technical feasibility. What We Are Looking For: Must Have: • 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong proficiency in both frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Python, Node.js, dotnet or java).
